Complaints Policy

If you have a complaint relating to Liberty Aesthetics Academy and it concerns an issue within our control, you should complain to us in the first instance, and copy any correspondence relating to the matter to Chris Heath, Quality Assurance Manager, by writing to the address below or by email. Having been through the complaints or grievance procedure at Liberty Aesthetics Academy, the matter may remain unresolved. In these circumstances OCNCredit4Learning may consider, if it is appropriate, intervening on your behalf. You should write to OCN with full details of the steps taken to date to try to resolve your complaint with us, and our responses.

Refunds Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds for training

When the academy receives part payment for a training course, we release our resources and assessment material electronically. Once our proprietary material has been downloaded and accessed it cannot be returned and becomes your property, and as such, any part payment cannot be refunded.

Refunds for physical products

Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 11, Carlton Mews, The Carlton Centr, Lincoln, LN4 1GS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
