Plasma Training

Level 4 Plasma Training

This is an Ofqual regulated course. The theory is supported by online resource handbooks and workbooks, this is assessed by short answer questions which are set by Qualifi and assessed by Liberty. Your work is reviewed and feedback is given before its final submission.

The practical element of Level 4 Plasma training begins with the all-important initial consultation and client assessment. Then we move on to Planoplas® skin tightening techniques, and as all your theory is already covered, it is ‘hands-on’ with your own models for the entire day. Our Level 4 Planoplas® training is strictly 1:1, and qualifies you to treat upper and lower eyelids, Crows’ Feet, Smokers’ Lines, brow lift, and skin rejuvenation. The day concludes with aftercare advice, marketing, and pricing.

Advanced Planoplas® Plasma Training

This is a Level 4, OCN accredited course, with 35 hours of pre-study, which is supported by our Advanced study guide. The theory assessment includes most of the topics in Level 3 plasma training but in greater depth, in addition to which you will cover the anatomy and physiology of moles, acne, scars, thread veins, age spots, and other conditions that can be effectively treated with Planoplas®. The training day is in small groups of no more than 4, it will include a variety of skin types and disorders including age spots, skin tags, moles, and scar revision. This course carries 4 credits and 40 CPD points, the entry requirements are either Level 3 Planoplas® Plasma training, or technicians working with another device and wanting to convert to Planoplas®. This course is aimed at technicians using the 2-speed PlanoplasPro®. We normally recommend that Level 3 qualified Plasma technicians work for about six months before taking the Advanced course, but this can be flexible, depending upon experience and ambition to progress.
